About our office
The early morning and late afternoon appointments are very popular and are usually booked out for several weeks. We encourage you to make your follow up appointments when you check out to help you get the time you would like for your next appointment.
We offer “Same Day” appointments for sick patients. We have a limited number of these daily, so try to call right at 8:00 a.m. when the phones are open to get one of these appointments if you are ill. If you need to change an appointment we do require 24 hours notice or there will be a fee charged for late cancellations and no shows. read more...
Insurance Information
We accept HMO plans associated with Primecare of Inland Valley and most (but not all) major PPO, EPO and POS plans. We also accept Medicare, but not Medi-cal or Medicaid. Please give us your insurance information, or any changes to your coverage, prior to your appointment so we may verify if services will be covered. read more...
